Five Year Law Course (B.L.S.LL.B)

The 5 Year Law Course is an integrated ten semester law course. Admission is open to any candidate who has cleared their 12th standard examination from any recognized Board across India.

Three Year Law Course(LL.B)

Admission to the 3 year law course is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree from any faculty of the University of Mumbai or an equivalent degree from any other University. It is a six semester, full time course.

Post Graduate Diploma Course In Intellectual Property Rights

Admission is open to candidate holding a Bachelor’s Degree from any faculty of a recognized university. This course is useful not only to lawyers, but also to engineers, doctors, etc. especially with respect to knowledge about patents and copyrights.

Post Graduate Diploma Course in Securities Laws

The Government Law College, Mumbai offers a one-year Postgraduate Diploma Course in Securities Law which is the first of its kind in India.

Diploma In Cyber Law

The Government Law College has been conducting a “Diploma in Cyber Law”, in association with the Asian School of Cyber Law since the year 2004-2005

Post Graduate Certificate Course In Human Rights

The Course will enable participants to effectively apply the principles of human rights in their chosen fields as well as outside of it, as conscientious citizens and will especially contribute to the progress of those interested in legal, political, sociological and ethical theory.

Admission Process of Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai

1. Admission is offered purely based on the marks obtained in the CET exam for UG programs and is merit-based for PG programs.

2. Admission must be taken by the student in person, by submitting the attested photocopies of following documents: –

3. Original statements of Marks of Graduation. Candidate who has completed graduation from other than University of Mumbai will also have to submit attested photo copies of the 10th and 12th standard.

4. Original Caste Certificate for verification (Except for E.W.S., DEFENCE/EX-SERVICEMAN, DISABLED, ORPHAN)

5. Passing Certificate / Degree Certificate or Both.

6. Certified copy of document of the date of birth.

7. Two recent passport size photographs.

8. The candidates completed their graduation from other Universities admitted provisionally shall be required to submit the additional documents/certificates specified by the University of Mumbai.
