Hidayatullah National Law University was established in 2003 under the Hidayatullah National University of Law, Chhattisgarh Act, making it the sixth National Law School in India. HNLU Admission Process

- Ph.D.: Through HNLU’s own All-India Ph.D Entrance Test, followed by an interview. Candidates with a UGC-NET or SLET qualification are exempted from the entrance test but still need to clear the interview. A minimum 55% in LL.M. is required to be eligible.
