The Bar Council of India will withheld the result of those candidates who have not submitted their enrolment certificate. Candidates will have to submit their enrolment certificate to the email address bci.helpdesk@smartexams.in before April 10, 2024.
The Bar Council of India will then announce the result for these candidates by April 15, 2024, according to the BCI notification
The main purpose of All India Bar Examination is to provide a certificate of practice to those candidates who passed the examination. This certificate will enable Law graduates to practice in a court in India. The AIBE XVIII was conducted on 10th December 2023 at various locations. It was attempted by many candidates because of its importance. The provisional answer key was released on December 12, 2023, and a window to raise objections was given between December 13 and 20.

According to the notification, the AIBE 18 Result 2024 qualifying marks for general and OBC category is set at 45% of 93 marks, which comes to around 42 and for SC, ST, and disabled categories, the qualifying mark is set at 40% of 93, which comes to around 37.
