MH CET Law 2024 exam dates has been recently released by The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Maharashtra
The MH CET 3-year LLB 2024 exam will take place on March 11 and March 13, 2024, conducted online. For the 5-year LLB program, the MH CET Law 2024 exam will be held from May 07 to May 08, with multiple shifts.
Based on these MH CET Law 2024 exam dates, the MH CET Law registration 2024 will tentatively start in February 2024 at cetcell.mahacet.org.
MH CET Law 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before appearing for any exam it’s very important to go through the eligibility criteria for that exam. Please read each point carefully so that you don’t miss anything and it doesn’t create a problem for you later on.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria for 5-year LLB (in detail):
The below given eligibility criteria should be fulfilled by candidates planning to appear for five-year LLB courses
-Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam or a similar exam (including a three-year engineering diploma).
-Candidates who have passed senior secondary or obtained a first-degree certificate through distance education or correspondence method are also eligible for admission.
-Moreover, they must have secured 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam.
-Candidates in the general category from and outside of Maharashtra must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 45%.
-Candidates from Maharashtra’s SC/ST category must have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 40%.
-Candidates from VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories are required to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 42%.
MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria for 3-year LLB (in detail)
-The candidates must have passed the graduation exam in any discipline.
-Candidates appearing in the qualifying exams in the exam year may also apply.
-General category candidates belonging to Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 45% marks.
-SC/ST candidates belonging to Maharashtra must have an undergraduate degree with a minimum aggregate score of 40%.
-VJNT, SBC and OBC must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 42%.

MH CET Law Application Form 2024
The application form for 2024 will soon be available online. Candidates registering for the exam must download their admit cards before appearing for the test. The application process for the 3-year LLB program will begin later. To apply for 2024, visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. Here’s a step-by-step guide for the application process:
1. Visit the website atcetcell.mahacet.org.
2. Choose your desired course, either 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB
3. Complete the registration form by clicking on the registration link
4. Confirm your email address and contact number, and set a password.
5. Fill out the MH CET Law 2024 application form with your personal information, educational history, and contact.
MH CET Law Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted in an online computer-based mode (CBT) across the country. The exam duration is 120 minutes. All questions in MH CET Law 2024 will be multiple choice questions and candidates will have to select one option. The exam will have 150 questions. Candidates will have the option to choose the medium of the exam, whether Marathi or English. One mark will be given for each correct answer. The exam has no negative marking, so the candidate can attempt all of the questions without the fear of losing any marks. The exam difficulty level will be comparatively lesser for MH-CET 5-year LLB than 3-year LLB.
MH CET Law exam has 5 sections for both 3-year and 5-year LLB exam. Candidates should be well aware of the sections to ace the exam. The sections are: Legal Reasoning & Legal Aptitude, General Knowledge with Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English and Mathematical Aptitude
